I applied through university. I interviewed at Discover
Interview
Went to a job fair where I asked how to apply. Applied via a pretty long application through their website. I was notified for an interview about 2 weeks late. They came to my school and interviewed a lot of candidates. I then got notice of a second interview at their headquarters

Question 1
Analytic questions where they want o see how you think. They will ask you something that no one would know off the top of their head and they want to see how you work to figure it out. Know your math!
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Discover (New York, NY)
Interview
Met with two recruiters. The whole interview was behavioral. Pretty basic questions. Never sent me a rejection email so was left waiting for months wondering. That was pretty disappointing.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Discover (Chicago, IL)
Interview
I met the campus recruiters through the school career fair and attended a networking event shortly after. Had two 30-min interviews, mostly behavioral (but they asked a lot of specific questions about Discover) a few weeks later. After a month of so, I went to headquarters in Chicago, IL for final round interviews. That day consisted of a tour, 2 30-min interviews, 1 case study, a panel of current employees (where we got to ask them questions and a tour. Good experience overall

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Discover
Interview
Applied online via a school website. Was called in for an interview. It was 30 mins with one guy and 30 mins with the other. Nothing too unexpected but asked a lot about what I knew specifically about Discover and their services and how they were different from their competitors.
