I applied through university. I interviewed at Discover
Interview
It is very straightforward, not much technical, more focusing on if you can fit in. Not much technical, just very basic knowledge because they don't expect you knowing much. They provided housing in the inn next to Discover headquarter, so that was awesome.

Question 1
Java and SQL basics were asked, but they just want to see if you know stuff, not having to be hardcore
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Discover in Feb 2025
Interview
OA->Phone Screening->Technical(Trivia)->Behavioral
I've heard technical is going over the OA but for some reason I had trivia questions from an infra engineer. Not bad interview process tho, nice people. Wish I got the offer tho, not sure why I didn't get it
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Discover (Houston, TX) in Jan 2025
Interview
Recruiter screen was just talking about the internship, your resume and answering any questions you had. Nice interviewer, technical and behavioral after this step, so it's hackerrank oa > recruiter screen > technical > behavioral
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about your resume and the technology you know.
Medium OA, they review your solutions and you have to explain it in an interview. Two behavioral rounds, both with an engineering manager, then final offer. They also do team matching based on interest
