Round 1 : Telephonic Interview with HR. Gave an intro, talked about my projects and internship, asked few tech questions. Was told I'd be contacted if shortlisted for the next round. Round 2 : Technical Interview. Intro, technical questions, hobbies and all that. Was told HR would reach out about a final round with the Director if selected, and that clearing it would lead to an offer. Round 3 : Never Happened. Never heard back about my Round 2 result. Had to email HR a week later just to ask, and they called to congratulate me and say I was selected. Told me there'd be a final round with the Director and I'd get a call and mail with details. Another week of silence. Mailed again asking for a rough timeline, and HR called back, switching to Malayalam mid-conversation to let me know they'd been interviewing other candidates and decided to proceed with someone else, hence no callback. No proactive communication at any stage. Was explicitly told I was selected, only to be dropped without any follow-up.
