I met with the owner of the business, as the manager was out on vacation. We went into a conference room and he talked briefly about the position and the company.

The interview process is no difficult task. You will be interviewed by either the owner or the manager and either way, if you have common sense you can get the job. There were no difficult questions to answer or intimidating jargon used. The process is very straight forward. They would ask ethical questions as well as to give examples of certain situations you have been in that would relate to the type of work done there. It was very similar to any other generic interview.
