The first time I applied, it was for the Frisco location. They must have gotten something mixed up because when a phone interview was scheduled, they thought I was applying for the Southlake position and they had already filled the Frisco location. The second time, it was for the Plano location. This went better and they scheduled me for an in-person interview. It was pretty casual, it was at the location I would work and it was with the Director of Operations. She was nice and the questions weren't very hard. I do feel like she got a bit personal, for example, she asked what was the lowest point in my life recently. I didn't understand how that related to the position, but I didn't mind answering. Overall, it was a good experience. They followed up very quickly and scheduled a second interview.
