Direct Client Services S.R.L. interview questions

The manager of the sales department asked me questions about my working style, presented the pros and cons about the job, the place I would work in, the environment, the colleagues. They gave me a test to see my analytical thinking.

The interview had 3 steps. 1. General Culture Test 2. Discussion 3. Contract talk The test was accesible, pretty general and it took about 1h-1h30m. The second interview was meant to make the recruiters know me and everything that I can offer. The third interview was meant to make me know everything they are able to offer.
