First it began with a simple phone chat to discuss the role and interview process, then an in-person interview with editor, followed by another in-person interview with who I think was another editor with the company, then a written submission of an article.
spoke with recruiter she asked good questions as well as taking mine. Was very friendly. Spoke with the manager a week after who seemed to quite nice and straight to the point

Interview
Years ago I was interviewed by 2 men. One was the ceo and I can’t remember who the other was. I was young and still in school at the time interviewing for a coop opportunity. This was my first real interviewing experience. Both of them were incredibly unprofessional, constantly giggled together, and whispered jokes back and forth during my interview. They made me feel incredibly uncomfortable the entire time and it was as if I wasn’t being taken seriously. After the interview was complete I never heard back from anyone. I had to reach out after over a week and was told they forgot to let me know about the job. Super inappropriate and unprofessional experience.
