Interview with general manager and owner; was asked basic questions about customer service and care. No experience needed for the hostess position, just willingness to work hard and think critically. Needed food handler's certificate.

Conducted quick brief 30 minute online interview, then called in for a short in-person interview with basic questions such as availability and experience. Followed by a 1 - 2 hour trial shift. Was not busy when I undertook the trial shift.
1 online video submission and 1 in person interview: asks basic interview questions (why you want to work there, weaknesses, strengths, tell me about a time when you worked on a team, etc)
was ok. asked generic questions about working in the service industry. good job for young people and making friends. can be clicky. takes time to get in with the crew
