Asks about prior experience, reliability, positive attitude, really like people who smile a lot, able to work under pressure, and problem solving skills. They want to know if you can work well with others because team work is very important during the shift. If one person isn't doing their job, it throws everyone else off and we fall behind.
was easy, didn't have to do to much. You have to be competent, though, the job is very labor-intensive and requires a lot of multitasking. They are the biggest restaurant in NYC after all.

Interview
The interview was located in a building in downtown. Everyone was given a time slot, so I did not have to wait long until it is my turn. The interview itself was quick and straightforward. It was really efficient. Interviewer was also really friendly.
you have to make a video audition which is awkward. also you MUST be clean-shaven to be considered. with a razor, not a trimmer. they laughed at me when i said i have never used a razor but will learn how
