how do you introduce a new activity to someone with a learning disability
Great. Nice people. They were thorough. Friendly. They seemed to need people fast. They were helpful. I felt at easy. The questions were easy. Looking forward to hearing from them.
It's an hour and 30mins. All the questions centers on your behavior and strengths as it aligns with each of their values.
They also focused on the past experience of the interviewee to see how it matches with what they do. Questions also will follow on what you do currently and your knowledge.
