hr call, an interview with VP and a super day with the whole team (it was 5 back-to-back interviews with the team).

What's the investment philosophy of Dimensional
Mostly just personality questions. Asked about factor investing and general understanding of. Straight forward of minimal prep done. Make sure to read investment philosophy by FAMA and French. Harvard review has great prep work.

Explain to me what you know about Dimensional’s investment philosophy.
The interview process included a first round with HR, followed by a final round with four team members. It was highly behavioral and focused on assessing cultural fit, communication skills, and teamwork.

One question they asked was: "Can you share a time when you faced a challenge in a team setting and how you handled it?" It was very behavioral and fit-oriented.
