walk in, you're hired! There wasn't much of an interview process. for drivers there was more screening but nothing out of this word difficult. if you met all the basic qualifications you were considered and 9/10 were hired.

Terminal Leader asks questions about your experience. Also, some additional best / worst scenario questions. Once, the interview is complete, they review the software used. Before, you leave then you get a tour of the yard to see the equipment and see the operations first hand.
