It didn't take too long, they would ask questions and getting to know you and if you pass, you will get offered a position from a department. Then you will come back another day for paperwork and a tour around the whole store.

I met and interviewed with the store manager who asked me about my retail work experience. There were many situational questions with a focus around customer service and success in sales.
