Told to complete digital assessment which comprised of mathematic problems and other tasks with a very limited amount of time. Resume was declined in a very rude manner. Was told that "the practice of submitting resumes was not appropriate at Dillards" paraphrasing.

No questions were asked and I was rudely turned away after asking if I could submit my resume.
Easy, few job related questions. schedual flexability. Shifts avilabiltys, days and holidays avilabilitys. Your job rolle, expectation, traning, education, refrences. Work history and reson for chosing the store. It is a simple easy procces,more like meet and greet.
I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.
