      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Digitas (Boston, MA) in Apr 2018

      Interview

As soon as I applied with an employee referral, Digitas's recruiter reached out to me to conduct a phone screen. All of the questions were pretty basic - he asked about my past experience, interest in digital marketing, salary expectations, and all that. I was then asked to schedule a second phone screen with an Associate Director in the Data and Analysis capability. I don't believe this step is typical, but I was out of the country and they wanted to ensure that I was the right fit before scheduling an in-person interview. She asked slightly more technical questions, but overall it was pretty easy. Finally, I came in for an in-person interview. There were 4 30-minute interviews: one "long" case, two behavioral, and one "short" case.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Digitas (New York, NY) in May 2018

      Interview

The interview process was very thoughtful, organized, and communicative, which I greatly appreciated. I wasn't looking for a new job at the time, so the recruiter who reached out was very good about discussing the opportunity in a non-pressuring way, and making sure that this would be a move that makes sense for both myself and the team moving forward. Overall it was the most seamless interview process I've experienced.
