I applied and got contacted the next day by a senior internal recruiter for an interview. The recruiter joined the meeting with camera strangely turned off and requested permission to record and transcribe the session (I guess for Ai skill matching). She asked questions about my experience and skills. Then mentioned that the next step would be a technical interview with the hiring manager who showed interest in my resume, and that her colleague will reach out to me soon to schedule the interview; I was asked about my availability. I reached out to the recruiter for update via email but never got a response. Turned out I was ghosted.
