Well, first a girl called me about this vacancy. She asked me a few things about my experience and background, we talked for around 15 min. A few days later, she called me again, she told me that another recruiter (same company) is looking for a developer with my same skills and she thought that maybe I would rather apply for that job. Here I have to say, It´s super cool that she cared more about the applicant's needs than for fulfilling a position. Then I had a technical interview a few days later. They asked me about Javascript and React. I also had to resolve a React task. Just a couple of hours later they call me again, I talked with the manager, his interview was more related to soft skills not so technical, we should have been talking for about half an hour, and that was all the internal process, very quickly actually. After that, I had to wait for a few weeks for the customer to be available to interview me. One more time they asked me to do an exercise using React, asked me a few questions and that was all.
