I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Digital Fineprint (London, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
I was interviewed by two people; one of the two was more engaged in the interview and presented a formal professional approach as I was being interviewed. The other looked bored and uninterested in the interview which is a downfall.
Very nice office in a good area, however, it was hard to find the company office in a large building full of companies. The digital screen at the entrance of the building was out of order as well so I was unable to navigate where to go. I managed with help from others in the end as I also needed a digital pass to get access to the lift and through the doors. Very good security however it was best to have met someone in the foyer at the entrance of the building.
One downfall regarding the application process of this vacancy from the interview is that I found out I was unsuccessful by not getting a reply on the outcome of the interview at all no email what so ever. I was told by the interviewers that I would be receiving an email or phone call regarding the outcome of my interview.

Question 1
What is your previous experience that relates to being an Office Manager?
You are absolutely right to point out the issues you had, it wasn't good enough. Many things have changed since last year - including us no longer having an office! We work very hard to ensure we treat candidates respectfully and realise that we sometimes fall short, so apologies for that, and we hope that secured gainful employment elsewhere.
