Diginovations interview questions

I found the position on craigslist rather than traditional job posting sources. The interview lasted only a few minutes. My interviewer didn't have many details about the job, nor could he tell me the salary, specifically what work I'd be doing, or much information about the equipment they use. We talked about my experience and he was impressed and told me that they had other interviews to conduct but I'd hear from them within a week. About 30 minutes later I got a call that I got the job. Seemed very odd. Four years later, it was like pulling teeth to get a tiny raise. They couldn't hold on to many good employees and the CEO seemed more interested in his poorly run side projects than this business.

Rather than more respectable venues for placing employment ads, I found Diginovations on Craigslist. The interview lasted 20 minutes at most. The interviewer did not know much about what he was talking about, what the job entailed, or even the annual salary. He was very positive because of my own work experience and told me I would know in two weeks. 15 minutes after I left I received a phone call saying I got the job. At least wait until the end of the day so that you don't seem so desperate.
