      Content Writer Interview

      21 Apr 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Monterrey, Nuevo León
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Diestel (Monterrey, Nuevo León)

      Interview

I found an opportunity in this company via OCC. They send me an email to set a date for an interview and so I went to know more about them. The person that interview me first was a recruiter from their HR department. First of all, I noticed that she was relaxed and kind with personal questions, like she was trying just to know my overall values, not like trying to be tough on me... with this talk I felt that there was a healthy environment in the company (I used to work in OD positions). After a basic set of questions (family, interests, past jobs), the recruiter told me about salary, benefits and the details of the vacancy. Took me to meet the direct boss for the position and they send me a couple of tests (writing examples, scripts) to evaluate my style. The process lasted 1 month, then I started to work for them.
