The interview started with a phone conversation the day after I applied online . During this first call I was able to get all my initial questions answered and had a good sense of the positions responsibilities. At the end of the conversation I was invited to meet the team in person. I appreciated their ability to work with my schedule and arrange the interview before the end of the week. Unlike some of the other places I've interviewed they did not have me sit around wasting my time waiting for someone to speak with me. Within five minutes of my arrival I was already having a conversation with someone and the first thing they asked was what questions I had about the role, company, career path. It was a nice change of pace to have the interviewer more concerned with my needs than theirs. Through out the whole conversation he consistently made sure to acknowledge and go over any concerns or questions I may have had. It seemed like it was just as important to him that I felt the position was a good fit for me as it was for him to see if I was a good fit for the position.
