Phone interview followed by an on-site interview. They were friendly and pretty good at communicating. They were also very accommodating for someone who would be relocating, by working with me to fly me up there even though they’re a start up. They also planned to provided relocation funds if I had accepted the offer.

Interview
I applied online, had a phone interview and was invited for an onsite interview. After the on site interview, it's like they disappeared from the face of the earth. I got completely ignored, they didn't even have the courtesy of letting me know what the next step would be. That was very rude.

Question 1
They had a list of 10 questions printed out, that I was asked to work for alone before discussing with the team. They were questions about diagnostic assay design, mostly PCR and ELISA.
