Applied on indeed for a summer internship, was emailed for an interview at the Mt.Kisco office. Interview went well, the HR said everything went great, I’d be a perfect fit and that she would be in contact for a second interview. Over a week went by and I didn’t hear back so I emailed the receptionist If there were any updates, she said the HR would be in contact with me in a few days. It’s been weeks and I have not heard back from them, awful communication. This company did not even have the decency to tell me straight
up I didn’t get it, instead they had me waiting for the past 3 week for them to get back to me.

Interview
The company was expanding and looking for a new front desk receptionist/administrative assistant.
The interview was relatively easy. Basic questions about experience and previous work experience. No questions about personality or hobbies. It felt rushed and disorganized.

Very affable people; disorganized process. They were hiring first in house counsel and did not have clear specifications or responsibilities. CEO did not seem committed to the position. A large concern was cost savings to the firm. Another was contract execution and administration.
