The in-person interview was divided into two parts. The first one consisted of an interview with the HR manager and was basically an overview of my resume, my personality, and my professional goals. The second part was with the Engineering manager, where we could discuss some technicalities, he seemed like a nice guy and we could have some fun discussing and remembering some engineering concepts. In the end, I was given a tour and could understand a little more about the company.
Arriving home my good impressions were ruined by the reviews in the Glassdoor website, which made me accept another offer that was already on the table. The manager of Diamond called me and we had an interesting conversation, where I found out that most of the comments here come from a previous employee that cannot let go. I feel like Diamond could have been a great fit for me, and the reason I am writing this review is for you give the company a chance and research deeper because I realized it too late.
