My interview experience with Disgonatic Laboratory Services Hawaii was extremely unprofessional. During the interview, one of the interviewers did not turn on their camera, claiming technical limitations. This immediately created an unprofessional atmosphere, as it felt like the conversation was one-sided and lacking basic courtesy. In today’s professional setting, video presence should be a minimum standard, and the absence of it made the entire process feel impersonal and frustrating. Overall, this was one of the worst interviews I have ever experienced, and I would not recommend interviewing with this company
