I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Diageo in Apr 2016
Interview
After not getting an interview for a the job I applied for originally they contacted me to let me know of another that they thought suited my skills range to ask if I would be interested. The interview lasted about 30min with 2 interviewers, one more just as an observer, both were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. You get asked to give a brief summary of your career/education to settle in. The questions were split into your standard job specific questions like Why Diageo? why that subject area? Some are a bit different and more complex like would you change anything you've done, your views about alcohol and it's impact. Quick response and offer of feedback
Pymetrics, gamified behavioural questions like "Let's assume you have 15 dollars how much would you invest on a project that potentially bring value to your money?" or something like "Press space bar when you see a smiley face" and then they are trying to fool you with similar faces but not smileys.

Question 1
Let's assume you have 15 dollars how much would you invest on a project that potentially bring value to your money?
My internship at Diageo was a genuinely valuable experience for me. I had the chance to work on meaningful tasks rather than just observing, which helped me understand how a global FMCG company operates day-to-day. The team was extremely supportive and open, and I always felt comfortable asking questions and taking initiative. Overall, it strengthened my analytical thinking, communication skills, and confidence in working in a fast-paced business environment.
