Interview
The process began with an online application, followed by gamified assessments through Pymetrics that tested traits like memory, emotional intelligence, and decision-making. I progressed to the video interview stage via HireVue, where I responded to behavioral questions under timed conditions. Though I didn’t advance further, the experience was smooth, professional, and gave me insight into Diageo’s values and leadership expectations. It affirmed the importance of authenticity and preparation in graduate-level recruitment.

In the video interview, one standout question was: Tell us about a time you demonstrated leadership in a challenging situation. It pushed me to reflect on real experiences and show how I handle pressure, communicate clearly, and stay solution focused. Diageo wasn’t just testing skills they were looking for mindset and values.

Interview
The interview is not two-way. They make you talk to a robot. They provided feedback several months later after the interview. I had given up already. Overall, I didn't like the experience.

It was an online process with multiple stages. I was confused as there were two separate roles, and midway through my interview which was al live recording, it asked me questions in French, even though I didn't apply for the french speaking role
