3 Interviews within 1.5 weeks: 1. Screening with HR 2. Screening with head of department 3. 1-1.5 hour interview with 2 employees I would have expected that after 3 interviews I would have at least received a rejection or briefing but no response in over a month from them. Interview with 2 employees was far too long considering they weren't the hiring manager and not that well structured.
