The interview process for the first interview was quite lengthy. The interview at large included behavioral questions assessing past experiences rather than work experience. The interview lasted for the full hour and much of what was asked were standard interview questions relating to challenges, accomplishments, and how various matters would be dealt with if you were to obtain the role.
