Interview
It was basically technical and based on your past experience. They have pool of talent where employees are deployed to client location.
They actually matches the required skillset and interview happens in the presence of client and their panel.

They gave me a technical problem and asjed me in how many wayd this can be sorted out and fixed. And out of the solution provided which is the best suited for performance tunning.
Avoid and ignore any solicitations from this firm. I was contacted by 2 recruiters over the span of 6 months for the same job. After expressing interest, sharing a resume and availability they simply ghosted me. Very unprofessional. When I am in a position to hire, I will never work with this organization.

Are you interested in this position? Without any context.
They are recruiters themselves. Phone screening, first interview and maybe the 2nd. They sell themselves well. The PMO Manager recently PMP certified, asks from the book but acts like an elementary after the fact. They ask about the team work, but resist to learn.
