      Anonymous employee
      Chula Vista, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dexcom (Chula Vista, CA)

      Interview

The interview process was amazing, Julie and Robert are very good listeners. Very professional and amazing. My only problem is, I went through aerotek. Negative experience with them. I happily accepted, but I didn't clear fast enough. I emailed and emailed them to fix the issue it's been 4 weeks saying they will get back to me. I could not wait for aerotek to fix the problem I went to a different company and was offered on the spot. I wish I could've started through dexcom it would've been a great opportunity.

      Customer Service Representative Interview

      14 Feb 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Mesa, AZ
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dexcom (Mesa, AZ) in Feb 2017

      Interview

After meeting both at the Workforce office and the hotel for introductory information, I had a phone interview. Then the next week, I was interviewed for an hour which seemed lengthy for such a lower level position. Then I was told it would take another week to find out if I was going to be hired which also seemed to be a long time considering it was a low level position.
