The interview process was structured, friendly, and well-organized. It had four steps: an initial HR screening where they asked about my background, motivation, and understanding of the role; a task; an interview with the Lead of the Business Analysts team; and finally a meeting with the Lead HR. The technical/business interview with the team focused on problem-solving, analytical thinking, and basic telecom and business analysis knowledge. The interview with the Business Analysts Lead was especially nice: not only checking my knowledge but also exploring how I think, approach problems, and behave in different situations. Everyone was polite, clear about the role, and open to questions. Overall, the process was smooth, transparent, and professional.
