my experience during the interview process was highly disappointing. Despite preparing an extensive CV tailored to the role, the interviewer did not show up for the scheduled interview. To make matters worse, no contact information was provided, making it impossible to follow up or reschedule the interview. This lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating.

Interview
DevPort recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and then we had a phone call to see if it make sense to continue with the interview. After the 5-10 min. phone call I was invited to the online interview (MS Teams). The recruiter made sure I was feeling comfortable and was very professional. Normally, there is one interview with recruiter and then second one with the client, since it is a consulting company.
