The first interview was conducted by skype by the respective HR manager . I was asked to introduce myself and explain my key skills and competence which i did very well . I was additional asked to explain reasons for choice of the job and the country . After a couple of other questions , the HR manager explain the next steps and when i should expect the feedback .
