There are online assessment tests first. These tests would be on SJT (doesn't have a time limit), Behavioural Assessment (Doesn't have a time limit) and Critical Reasoning Test (Has a time limit of 30-40 min) and finally a Pre-recorded interview assessment (3 questions).
