Interview
A total of 4 rounds including HR. First round is intensive, including technical questions and scenario based technical questions . Second round with is more a techno functional, including experience sharing and motives. The third round is fitment, usually taken by vp/ director or above, comprising of cultural related questions and career path/experience. Overall good experience except HR round, which is just a formality and they don't even discuss much on offer/ policies
