Recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn. Followed up with an interview with application manager. Then a round of 3 interviews with 30 minutes per interview. All interviews were by phone.

Set up through a tech recruiter. First had a phone interview. Asked many questions about how I worked with with others and some technical questions about UNIX and Databases. Second interview was in person and was more detailed in UNIX, trading and general technical knowledge and aptitude. Very sharp people work here. Bring your A game.
