The selection process consists of two rounds a Technical Interview focused on resume based and domain-specific questions, followed by an HR Interview covering general HR questions, banking awareness, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.

One interview then AC, first one was with someone from a different department so the questions were mainly personality and work related, then the AC had a few technicals but mostly applied to see your understanding of the whole advisory process
