They conduct initial round of interview. After that HR will ghost you. The least they can do is politely tell the candidate that they didn't make it. But HR won't even do that. If you try to follow up, they will tell you they will get back. And they won't get back.

Got on the phone with some guy from front office. sales or trading. got asked a bunch of math questions that are not particular hard. got asked about prior experience. got asked about hobbies etc. tried to follow up one week later. got a simple reply email and i never heard from them again.
