After you uploated your CV you get an invitation to an online assessmet center where you have to to an online test which is a situational judgement test. The test has around 20 questions with no time limit.

There is online assessment, hirevue online interview and a phone interview. The online assessment uses the SHL scheme. For the phone interview, there is a list of questions that comes with the interview invitation email. My interviewer just went down the list of questions. The interviewer is really nice and the phone interview is pretty chill.
