I had an assessment centre, involving 3 interviews with 3 separate senior people - generally vice pres level - and a group assessment. I did this after the spring week on the last day for an early offer into the internship

General financial questions and work experience/competency questions and a case study
Diligent, effective and respectful approach. The interviewer was punctual and very professional in his handling of the meeting. I will proceed to the next round of meeting with participation of a higher ranked employee.
I was a fresh grad when I was interviewed. They had me take a test first, which I remember included logic questions. During the interview, they asked about my experience as an undergrad (leadership roles, thesis, etc)
