Typical Structure (3 rounds, ~4–8 weeks total)
HR Screening Call — motivation for Detecon, career expectations, salary, location preferences. Conversational and fairly quick.
First Interview (Online) — you meet your recruiter and a potential future team member in an open dialogue covering your story, motivation, and ambitions, with space for your own questions. Detecon Expect to demonstrate how you think and solve problems.
Second/Final Interview — typically with a senior team member or manager. The atmosphere is relaxed and relatively straightforward, with few deep technical questions — the focus is heavily on motivation, why your profile fits, and why consulting in general.
