Deswik Senior Software Engineer interview questions

3 round interviews. First the HR gave a phone call to ask some basic questions and confirm the interview process. Then the HR sent the on-site interview invitation. After that there are two on-site interviews. First a technical leader simply explained the code test requirements and left. after about 40 minutes he came to have a check and then the final check when it's about 1 hour. He just listened to my explanation without any comments. The third one is the behavioral test - silly tasks like check patterns and select what you need to do etc.

Long and time consuming. Whole process took well over a month with 3 in person interviews, a tech test and then being informed I did not make the second round. Everyone was lovely through the whole process, but just how long it took did leave a sour taste in my mouth.
