It was an online group interview. There was approximately 5 applicants total, plus 2 Human Resources representatives. They had us each introduce ourselves, and then they asked up individual questions, as well as ‘group work’ questions.

Personal questions about your work experience. They also ask general liability questions (avoidant liability). They ask hypothetical questions about how you would act on the job with regards to certain situations (work load, irate customers, etc).

The interview process is in stages, two interviews process after the initial assessment by recruiter. Final assessment with managers, training for about a month. Pretty solid training, then ease into the role.
