There were 3 interviews. The first one was a telephone interview with the Manager of the Department. The second one was an in person interview with the Manager of the Department. The third one was an in person interview with one of the owners.

Multiple person panel conducting the interviews. A open house was held for a number of positions within the company to see if the applicants were an ideal fit in a certain postion. First interview with the 2 owners of the company, followed by the sales manager & then the Marketing manager
