Interview
There was an initial phone conversation with the HR manager, followed by a physical 'culture fit' interview with her. Then a technical interview with a panel of senior technicians to establish competency. This was done with a live desktop on their environment, and consisted of several tests ranging from use of command-line to common customer questions.
