The worst interview experience ever! After 6+ rounds of interview and a case study that took 10+ hours of my time, they did not even get back to me to let me know that they have decided to move forward with other candidates. After the last round of interview, I was verbally given a salary that I agreed to. However, when the final offer was given, it was 30% less than the one I had initially agreed to (which was well below market rate). The reason was that the salary initially given to me was the high end of the range for this role and since I did not have "suitable experience" they would pay me 30% less. This was crazy since I cleared 6 rounds of interviews, which included a case study and presentation. If I lacked experience, why even bother to give me a job offer? There are two others who have mentioned something similar about the interview process for this role. This company wants to hire the cheapest person for the role and they will keep lying to you about the salary. Oh and the interview process takes over 2 months. If you've already started the interview process with this company, spare yourself some time and effort and apply to other companies that are willing to invest in their employees and offer fair salaries.

Multiple interviews and assessments. Gets more in-depth on the technical aspects of the job the further along the process you go. I had a great interview (in my opinion) however they told me they were more keen on hiring someone "more experienced".

When writing copy for SEO, what keeps you going and engaged with the content on a personal and creative level?
The interview process was efficient, and the expectations were clear and concise. Conversations regarding compensation and benefits were open and honest. The interview included a short assignment to showcase the ability to do the job, and the requirements were reasonable given the job description.
