The process consisted of: - Phone screening - Automated video Q&A (technical) - Skype interview (technical) - Face-to-face interview (technical and HR) Talent acquisition team was very helpful throughout the process. All interviewers were knowledgeable, courteous, and open minded. I think this is an important point to stress, because (in my experience) interviewers at other companies often come off as aggressive and dismissive (especially towards junior candidates). This was not the case with Derivco at all, and I really felt that my expertise would be appreciated if I worked for them. One week after the final interview, I received an offer with a very attractive salary. I ended up taking another offer for personal reasons, but it was very hard to pass up this one. I highly recommend applying at Derivco if what they do is interesting to you.
