The interview process is simple and easy. They are asking for basic computer knowledge questions and also checking typing speed to meet requirment. They are explaining what services they are offering to third-party customers.

Interview
Basically, sit down for 10 minutes and then get called in. You're asked to do a typing speed test, simple computer navigations, and some personality questions. In terms of the typing test, she leaves the room and gives you 20 minutes to at least get a score of 40WPM. In terms of navigating the computer, you should know the basics of changing desktop backgrounds, acessing email settings and network settings on both the Mac and Windows.
