It’s 45 minute interview - competency based and 2 interviewers
1 will be good and the other bad cop as people say it’s very structured and you don’t have time to think so need to have your 3 minute answer ready

Question 1
They asked too much about my previous experiences before I join the civil service even tho I had enough experience in house already. I just thought it wasn’t relevant to the role and the interviewer was constantly cutting me , I couldn’t really finish my sentences .

Two rounds of online testing (aptitude tests and then a situational simulation through their online portal), followed by an interview with a PAS rep and two members of the interview board via Zoom (during COVID, so possibly face-to-face normally.
